Myntra - Refund Issue

I haven’t got my refund yet and now Myntra is saying they have already initiated the refund from their side and it should reflect in my account but I haven’t got it and also when I reached out to my bank regarding this they are saying that they haven’t got any such refund initiation. Please help I need my refund back
