We did these bookings. Those were cancelled by the website and then they didn't even refunded the money till date, however they say as per their policy they will refund it within * to ** working days.Bookings were done from two different accounts and from both the different emails when I am writing email to them for refund, they are saying that sometimes refund takes time , which means they are not telling the truth because in one account it can take time but for another also the same excuse which is the reason of concern. My brother also did booking and was cancelled and they gave the same excuse and till now not refunded the money. This seems to be a common practice of this website of not refunding the money.
We request you to kindly support us in getting the money refunded.
