MY ORDER NO. IS FL**********. I ORDERED A PAIR OF NIKE PHANTOM RUN SHOES FROM AJIO ON **TH MAY AND RECEIVED A DIFFERENT MODEL FROM WHAT I ORDERED ON *ST JUNE.
SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND AS WELL AS AJIO GREIVANCE OFFICER. THEY RAISED A RETURN REQUEST FOR ME AND THE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED SUCCESSFULLY BY MY SIDE BUT AFTER FEW DAYS I GOT THE MAIL THAT THE PRODUCT IS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A NON AJIO PRODUCT AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND.
WHATEVER HAPPENS AFTER I RETURNED THE ITEM TO COURIER GUY IS NOT MY HAND NOR MY RESPONSIBILITY AS YOU HAVE TIED UP WITH THEM FOR THERE SERVICES. MY DUTY WAS TO RETURN IT SUCCESSFULLY AND THE COURIER GUY AUTHENTICATED MY RETURN AS WELL. SO YOU SHOULD TALK WITH YOUR DELIVERY PARTNER AND FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED INSTEAD OF HARASSING CUSTOMER AND NOT REFUNDING THEIR MONEY.
