Three tickets of the spicejet flight from Chennai to Kolkata could not be taken as one passenger was tested covid positive and the other two family members were askd by the Dr to Isolate.
Had requested several times for Refund as per the covid norms which forced us to not travel but the Airline very ruthlessly not ready to understand our pain..instead just willing to give only one vouchar for the Covid hit passenger that too after cancellation of their part amount.Its not fair at all.
We are very dissatisfied with their decision.
Kindly help us solve and get some Peace in this difficult time.
Ours is a genuine case and we are suffering not just for Covid but with the airline too.
