I have booked my friends flight on ** jan****. The flight has been cancelled by airlines due to some technical issues. I have booked air india flight via ixigo app. But when they have issued refund on ** April. Agency send me an email in which they have shown airlines has put cancellation charges on my ticket. The flight has been cancelled by airlines I don't knoe why they have put cancellation charges. When i talked to airlines they told they have issued full refund but agenc told me there are cancelling charges , plus privided me an email in which cancellation charges were shown. . Agency told me to provide them confirmation email which airlines fails to provide me...and keep insitinng to send email on delrefunds@airindia.in...I have sent so many emails to them ...but they have not given me a single response..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
