I booked a ticket ( for travel on Dec.*th ****) for my daughter
through Yatra. Ref. no:*************. Etihad cancelled its flight from Kochi to Manchester and
advised to contact travel agent (Yatra) for refund process. After multiple mails yatra refunded part of
the amount (Rs ***** instead of Rs ***** that was paid) . when enquired regarding this after
multiple mails, yatra replied claiming that airline cancelled the ticket and hence cancellation charge
was deducted. Etihad was contacted again and were informed that the full amount was refunded
to yatra. Details were sent to yatra. Despite multiple mails yet to receive the balance amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
