On ** Mar ****, I have added Rs ****** to my Upstox account from ICICI bank account through Netbanking. Funds have been debited from my bank account, but were never reflected in my Upstox account.
I've raised a ticket with Upstox on * Apr (Track your ticket - ID[#*******] Funds added to Upstox, but NOT reflected in Upstox account) and after relentless follow up with Upstox, they assured me on ** Apr that funds have been reverted to my account provided a reference number (Reference number: YESBR*****************) and promised that funds will be credited into my account in **min. It has been * days and still funds have not been credited. Even now when I call Upstox customer support, all they say is wait for **-**h.
Now I'm not even sure whether the reference number they have provided is correct or not. They have stopped replying to mails as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
