I am facing refund issue with two transaction from Myntra.
*st transaction is on **rd Feb of *** rupees, reference number: ************. Here I receive a refund, but immediately translation was reversed to senders account, so I did not receive my refund.
*nd transaction is on **th Feb of **** rupees, reference number: ************. Here I did not receive refund in my bank account.
According to Myntra the did refund process but refund is not credited in my account.
I have visited my nearest SBI branch many times with these two refund reference number but still I have not received any refund transaction details with the give reference number.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
