IRCTC - Refund issue for flight cancellation with IRCTC

For the transaction Id **********, there were two PNR's.

PNR *: KDW**A --> Spicejet --> SG*** --> Total amount: INR **,*** ----> REFUND YET TO RECEIVE.
PNR *: UTM**V --> Airasia --> I*-*** --->Total amount: INR **,*** ---> REFUND RECEIVED.

For PNR * with Airasia I*-***, I have received full refund amount from IRCTC-- INR **** on **May and INR **,*** on **Jul

For PNR * with Spicejet SG***, I am yet to receive the refund from IRCTC for INR **,***.
Spicejet airlines have refunded to IRCTC on **Jul amount of INR *****. Attached the confirmation from airlines on full refund done to IRCTC
It's been more than two months now and yet to receive a refund from IRCTC.
I have followed up with the IRCTC team for the last two months over phone and mail, but support is pathetic and horrible. It's been a nightmare experience speaking over the phone to your support team.

Kindly help on this matter.
