NITIN AGARWAL filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 6, 2019
Purchased two products having to order no *******-*******-******* ( Rodamo men purple woven design straight kurta) & *******-*******-******* (Louis Philippe sportsmen maroon printed polo collar t-shirt). The return request placed to return the item but Myntra did not initiate return even in * days. After return request, then compliant numbers- in******************** & in******************** raised to complete return and return the products with Myntra. Myntra give us ** hrs time to complete pickup but did not initiate pickup. Again I call to Myntra on **-**-**** for the same issue and they ensured to solve the issue within ** hrs
But after ** hrs problem not resolved.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
