I booked a flight ticket on * April, * minutes after booking I got alert stating my booking has been canceled due to late payment recieved and would raise a refund. It been more than ** days now that have not refunded my amount. They are saying that the transaction failed and now they again initiated it, but when asked about the proof for transaction processing they don't have any answer. I have call multiple times (*-**) and dropped few emails as well. Every time they are asking me to wait as they are facing some technical issue.They are doing this malpractice to every user, I have attached the relevant screenshot of the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
