I have book my ticket through Goibibo but due to some problem I could not travel so
I have rescheduled my ticket directly from indigo airline and they refunded Rs *****/- from my previous ticket amount & they made my ticket.
This amount came in goibibo account and they have only refund Rs. ****/-
And they have send a mail your ticket id cancelled even my ticket is not cancel I am going to travel after *days.
They have not a singal customer care no which is working.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
