Club Factory - Refund issue

Dear sir, I had placed order for two products on *th June in Club Factory. ( order no-SO********* & SO********* ).But due to wrong address pin code I cancelled my order just then only .So many days (more than a month)has already been passed,but I have not received any refund yet.Order value of the product are ₹***,₹*** respectively. I had done prepaid through card payment.Now as the application has been banned how shall I get the refund.Before the application was banned I had even sent mails to club factory stating my issue but didn't get any response.Kindly look into the matter send the refund amount to the bank account.
