I took a ride on *th March and the fare shown after the ride completed,was more than what was shown while booking. I have been fighting for this refund since then and I am not getting any help from ola support. I am sharing the screenshot and also I have call recording om **th April, where I was said within **hrs I will get a call back but I never got any call back from them.
I am tired of asking my money back from them and this has been going on for * month now.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
