Ola Bangalore - Ola Electric Not delivering Full payment taken

I ordered Ola on **th April **** with full payment of *,**,*** INR. I got delivery date *th May at first and registration completed on **th April(Vahan otp, Aadhar OTP, form ** sign process) . Since **th April, My status is same in OLA app and continuously delivery date is getting revised from *th may to **th May and **th june.
I connect with OLA executive customer care, they have automatic timer of * min, in * min you can say your issue even and phone gets cut. Again call to customer , some other new agent picks up all and again start everything to explain from beginning and again phone gets cut.
after **st May they said, I will have to pay more **,*** rs amount as balance and said **th june will be your delivery date. I paid that amount as well. Now they are again saying to start registration process from scratch which got completed on **th june, and saying again it will take * month time to deliver ola.
I have requested cancellation, have dropped mail to them multiple time, they are not taking calls, no mail reply nothing.
No support from. they have blocked my *,**,*** INR amount.
Which door I need to knock, not sure.
I am helpless now.
