I travelled in OLA on Nov **, and at end of the ride paid the driver ** rs.
the payment mode changed to OLA money, and since dec **th, I am getting calls every day (atleast ** calls) and threatens from OLA.
I have raised a complaint and shared the screen shot of the paid amount to grievance dept but till date the calls have not stopped, inspite of assurance that the data will be updated as cleared by *st Jan.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
