OYO - Refund Isnt intiated and Biased and supporting the Hotel staff instead of customer

I made a booking for three adults and travelled *km to reach the hotel the staff told us we don't allow *boys and a girl into one room so we said we are fine with that as OYO app didn't show anything like that we thought we can have a stay as anyhow we have to leave early morning then he asked us to have an extra room and told us we charge **** for that I said no for * adults it was *** in OYO for a single adult it'll be less than that then he said I'll not give you another room but if I've to allow you to this room you've to pay me extra **** to *** so ***+**** he asked me then I said no I'll be booking from OYO only and untill here he was fine with the picture of my address proof till this point and later when I made a booking for single adult the person was very rude and angry at us and turned off the Printer he is having and stated that my printer isn't working now so you've to walk for more *-*miles so that you can find the xerox shop and this part irritated me and then I came outside tried calling OYO support for help then OYO sales team person was able to help me asked him whether I'll be getting refund he said yes sir as the person is rude and there is no check in done you can cancel and have a word with the support team to initiate your refund and they're aren't helping me I need my refund very badly as I've to go through a Surgery every penny is valuable to me please help me with this ASAP I'm there to stay for the night and Meet my Doctor in the early morning and that not only troubled me with my self respect but also I lost almost *k without even staying and not even a check-in. Expecting a lot of help from you in this difficult situation so please help me ASAP
