On **.**.**** I was performing a credit card bill payment for my Kotak Mahindra Bank credit Card of Rs. *****/- in sbi unipay customer portal website through UPI mode by inputting my VPA/UPI ID. My VPA/UPI ID was **********@goaxb (kiwi UPI ID). So, payment request of Rs. *****/- was sent by SBIMOPS to my VPA. I successfully sent Rs. *****/- by kiwi app to sbimops@sbi. UPI transaction ID is ************. Kiwi app transaction ID SBI***D**D*DA*B**A*BC*D*EB***B***FB. But due to poor internet connection there was showing a error message & payment got cancelled in SBI unipay website. Still I have not received any refund. Kindly provide solution as soon as possible. I have attached my payment details.
