Sbimops Payment Plaform - Issue related to Refund failed transaction on sbimops

I did yesterday JNU application fee was deposited by Sbimops but the payment has not been completed even after the money has been deducted from my account. But the payment on sbimops was not completed even though the payment has been made by my bank. So you are requested to refund my money.
