Sbimops payment plaform - Fee deduction multiple times for same

Respected sir madam
I filled a form crpf and amount of fee ***rs.when I do payment first time it shows application form submitted successfully but your payment is pending.and my money is deducted from my paytm account then I do again the same and amount is deducted again from my account till payment is pending.....it happens * times and finally on * th attempt payment is successfully completed.but my * times money is not refunded to me till now .the transaction is happened on ** Jan **** details mentioned below in attendants:
