Shoaib Ahmad filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on Feb 20, 2024
I couldn't travel on my flight from Lucknow to Bangalore on * Feb **** because my daughter (** months age)was not well.
She was suffering from diarrhoea and doctor advised medicine and rest for her.
So I called customer care stating that due to my daughter's health issue I won't be able to travel so please cancel and refund the amount as it is case of medical emergency.
They asked to share medical prescription and photos of medicine on their customers experience email.
I shared the same with them then they asked to provide my daughter's birthday certificate and parents Id.
I provided the same.
Then they replied that prescription is stamped please provide stamped document.
I got the documents stamped from the doctor and sent them through email.
Now they are saying that the document is hand written and that why it's not acceptable and they can not provide refund.
My question is why they asked to get it stamped if hand written is not acceptable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
