Ritika Roy filed complaint against Air India on Sep 21, 2022
I had booked an Air India Flight-AI*** Booking Reference Number-WPDJAD Passenger Name- Ritika Roy dated */**/**** from Delhi to Bengaluru.
I and my sister were supposed to travel to Bengaluru for her admission in a college but because of AI's unhelpful staff I was not allowed boarding even though my sister who was with me was allowed to board.
My struggle started last night when I was not able to do web check-in, and continued till the morning. When I reached airport I was asked by AI staff to use the machine at the airport for check-in but the machine was showing error, even though my sister who was with me was able to check-in without any hassle.
Then the AI staff there instead of helping me kept on redirecting me to different machines and all of them were showing problem. I was then asked by the Duty Officer Anita Solanki to book another flight because I was late but they were the cause who made me late in first place, she was rude, unhelpful and extremely arrogant in her demeanour.
Same problem was faced by some of the people from my flight and they all were asked to pay again.
I don't think for the amount i am paying for the flight i need to have such a difficult experience. I had to pay ***** for a single flight which is far too much for the service I am being provided.
I will like to connect to the authorised person who would look into the matter and help me with the refund.
