During the lockdown period, I was trying to explore various option through Goibibo GIA chatbot. By mistake, the ticket was cancelled even though I did not want to cancel. I immediately tried to contact Goibibo and Spicejet, both were not available and the ticket was cancelled and heavy cancellation charges applied. I approached to Goibibo and Spicejet both for rescheduling, or refund or credit shell option, none of them were given to me. I had given evidence that the cancellation was not intentional. My travel date **st April, **** and cancellation date **th March, **** both fall under lockdown period. Goibibo misled me saying I will get full refund in credit shell but Spicejet refused to so. I wanted cancellation charges to be put in credit shell, but they totally refused that even though they are offering the same for all other customers.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
