I booked train tickets from Goibibo which gets cancelled and the money is deducted. They are sending me emails from weeks saying the refund is done but I haven't got single money from them. Also, they haven't provided me with the ARN ref number for the transaction which my bank needs to validate if they have initiated any payment. They are not reachable on phone and every support service of them is automated.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
