I booked a Indigo flight ticket with www.travolook.in on *th June - booking ID REF*********. They charged **** rupees for this ticket. The money has been been deducted from my account.
A few minutes later I got a call from the customer service saying that my ticket has been cancelled, they sited 'Fare expiration' as the reason. The cancellation has been solely done from their side.
It has been several days and I haven't got my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
