I requested for Airtel Black service on *th August **** but due to some personal reasons i have cancelled that on same day but the payment done. It was not cancelled on the same day but it got automatically cancelled on **rd August ****. As per the policy money should be refunded in * days but i didnot received it after calling to customer care so many times also it is resolved yet and today is *th September ****. It has been ** days but the money is not refunded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
