Srihari Durgi filed complaint against Air India on Mar 17, 2021
I booked a ticker in Air India mobile app on Jan **th from ORD to VGA for Feb *th and cancelled it. It has been more than ** days and I still haven’t received the refund. I sent numerous emails to mobilebookings@airindia.in with zero response. I called the helpdesk number but no one has answered. I don’t see any seriousness in addressing my grievance and this shouldn’t happen to any customer. Could you please take it forward and help me out in resolving the issue. Thank you.
