Byjus classes - Refund is not been initiated since 9 months

This is highly disappointing that even after multiple calls ,emails and complaints we didn't got our refund back nor any initiative has been taken from byjus team. It's been a year we took a trial package of ** days and was insured by byjus's representative that if we want we can cancel it in between ** days of trial and get our advance of ****/- refunded immediately. Until we didn't paid or took any package of byjus we were getting continuous regular calls from byjus's team but as soon as we paid the advance they all got lost.
What kind of fool are they making of people on the name of kids education.
