I booked a flight with spicejet throught MakeMyTrip, that got cancelled due to lockdown. I contacted the airline and they confirmed that the refund has been made to MakeMyTrip. But MakeMyTrip has showing that ticket has completed flight while I have already cancelled that twice through their website. They haven't refunded my amount yet. They don't have any proper costumer support system other than the automated chat and automated call support
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
