Had ordered a hardrive on PayTM before checking the sellers reviews. I checked the sellers reviews after placing the order and got to know that the seller was fraud and only delivered fake products. Immediately cancelled the order.
I had paid *** with my PayTM balance and the rest of **** with my card. After cancelling the order, I got only *** refunded. Didn't get the rest ****. Contacted PayTM support and they said that they have moved my issue to their "priority" list. It has been * days after that and I still haven't got the refund.
Moreover, their customer care is unresponsive. I feel cheated. I want my refund immediately.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
