Rapido auto Hyderabad - Refund given to unusable channel

They deposited refund amount to rapido wallet, which is practically unusable because it can only be used for bike rides and parcel. These are services I don't use frequently and the one time I tried, no rider accepted due to the payment mode. So my money is locked in the wallet forever. When I asked for transfer outside of the wallet, they ask for Pan Card. How will they use it to verify when all the details they required previously were only my phone number and otp. I do not feel safe sharing identity details with such an immoral company.
