I have taken a few ride with Rapido, the driver charged me extra money. Which later on I have complained about it to Rapido so they refunded that amount in the Rapido wallet only. Now, I am restricted to use the wallet money only for bike rides from Rapido, which I have never taken. When I asked them to transfer that amount in my account they are deliberately asking me to share my aadhar and pan card details. And when I ask them to simply allow me to use the wallet money for a cab ride then they say that it’s not in our policy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
