On **-**-**** at *:** pm I seek rapido cab for travelling from kphb Colony to Peddamma Gudi. I tried to pay through online transaction but due to poor signal, it got delayed. I thought of transactions failure I paid through hand cash. After some time, the amount got debited from my account. Rapido customer service is not responding properly for this issue to refund the amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
