I placed an order from Zomato on **.*.** vide Transaction ID No. ********** for Rs.***. I order it by mistake, so i cancelled within *-* mins. During the chat with Zomato representative Ms. Mansimran, she accepted that my case is genuine and initiated refund. But now Zomato refused to refund my money citing Policy. No Food can be prepared in *-* mins. and there is no policy in the world with harm the interest of consumer. I request Zomato to refund my hard earned money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
