Narendra Mamgai filed complaint against Goibibo on Dec 26, 2020
The First Case is regarding the flight cancelled on ** Dec **** where refund initiated at end of goibibo is not credited in bank.Since the booking was done from NRE account the said refund of Rs **** cannot be credited in same NRE account .There is no contact number or email address of Goibibo where i can approach them and ask to refund the said amount in another account.
Second case is regarding the flight ticket booked same day where i could not get the option to cancel the ticket and hence the ticket was no show.Goibibo is zero support to customer and useless travel agency.I request you to help me for said complaints.
