I had a booking on OYO in December ****, due to some technical issues they had cancelled my booking which was prepaid booking and promised a refund in * days. Since the i had follwed up with them multiple times and they kept doing false promise. I was really tired speaking to OYO support multiple times. However, i again reached them after a year one day, then they say that as i reached them after very long time of booking they cannot process any refunds according to theri policy.
Today i found VOXYA which i was never aware of. Hoping you can help on this.
I can forward all the emails of discussion with OYO team if required.
