Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - Refund from Oda classes

I paid *****/- to oda class on *st April **** by mistake in a desperation in career anxiety thinking it is for competitive exams but realised it was for **th class students, immediately I requested for refund the very next day on *nd April ****, which as per their policy is liable to be refunded (if requested within * days refund would be made within ** days) but despite many follow ups and constant mail chains urging for refunded, they did not refund my money and now they have stopped responding mails too. Initially they said it would be refunded, it will take time in processing but never did they return and just kept making fool of me harassing me mentally and financially.
