I booked ticket from Delhi to dubai on * April on goibibo and couldn't travel due to lockdown. Airline refunded the ticket and goibibo kept the refund status in progress and this morning they changed the status to travelled!!!!! Now they are asking me to use that PNR for next booking, however there are no Emirates flights showing on their app. How can I use that PNR on other airline booking. I took screeshot of ticket dated * April ** as travelled, which itself is the biggest lie. I don't know how will I get my money back from them. Or will it be utilised in my next flight. Goibibo is taking customers refund money given by reputed Airlines. Please help me get my money back from them. I also have several domestic flights in pending status. Don't know when will I be able to utilise all my tickets and uninstall the app.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
