I And My Family (A Total Of Three Members) Had Booked A Flight To Travel From New Delhi To Chennai By Vistara On **.**.**** (PNR- *XMYGV - Flight UK ***). Vistara Changed The Flight And Booked Us On Another Flight. As It Was Not Comfortable, We Asked For A Refund. Vistara After A Lot Of Delay Agreed To Give Us The Refund. Since The Tickets Were Booked Through Easemytrip, The Refund Amount Of Rs.*****/- Was Sent To Easemytrip To Be Credited To Our Account. Though Easemy Trip Showed The Amount In My Wallet For Some Time, I Could Not Transfer The Amount To My Bank Account Due To Technical Glitches In The Easemytrip Website. The Wallet In My Easemytrip Account Is Showing Nil And Easemytrip Is Not Responding To My Emails And Calls.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
