Easemytip - oney debited from Bank account while booking ticket But payment was failed

I have booked a ticket on *th of April **** while using the ease of my trip platform ID#EMT********.Unfortunately,my payment might be delayed due to technical issues.
I got the booking status as failed as well as the payment has been deducted from my account. I have called the customer care regarding the same, they instructed me to check with the bank.
I'm attaching the bank statement for your reference. Please find the document attached.
kindly, revert back the payment to my bank account.you could find the account details in the attachment.
