Easemytip - Amount debited twice

This is in regards to the Booking id:-EMT********* booked on ** Jan **** .
While booking the ticket , first i used FlexiPay Option using HDFC debit card details. It gave me an Error saying " You are not eligible".
Then i used my Aixs/Citi Bank Credit card to book the tickets and Payment was done .
On ** Jan **** , i received the email from HDFC that Payment was made to Easemytrip on ** Jan **** & i have to pay it back to HDFC . HDFC auto debited my account and I had so many calls and emails with Easemytrip Cust Care , they are not even responding. Provided all proofs on emails to your customer support.
