Asus - Refund from Asus

This is Lakshit Dhanuka here.I'm writing this Email as I'm not able to contact the Asus customer Care. I'm seriously unhappy with the Asus service and response team.
Actually I bought an Asus Vivobook from flipkart this month, and I am facing technical hardware issues with the piece, so I have opted for a refund from flipkart.
But at the time of refund, our family caught COVID-** and the home was under isolation and monitored by government officials, so that there was no exchange between us and any outsider allowed.
So I had to cancel the return policy request at that time by flipkart.
Now after a quarantine period of ** days I requested flipkart to consider my return request in this situation and the team responded in an appreciable manner and allowed for our request.
Meanwhile the BACK TO SCHOOL OFFER date was getting over on **th. I applied for it, since by that time I wasn't able to refund my laptop to flipkart delivery man. The payment was made and now since i want to return my product and purchase a new piece, I want the Payment of Warranty to be cancelled as soon as possible.
Please Consider my request as it's a special Case.
