I have booked air jndia flight tickets and flight was cancelled still no refund. They are asking me to reschedule this flight but I have already completed my journey by road and can not complete the same journey as I have reached my destination. I invested *k+ for * tickets and want refund.

I have provided the e-ticket number and I don't wish to reschedule my journey. No one from customer team reached out to me and it's been more than * month now.
