I booked * flight tickets from Bengaluru to Jindal vijaynagar Airport (scheduled on **.**.****)
The flight was cancelled by the service provider (Trujet). I got a confirmation from Trujet for full refund.
In the total amount of **** excluding the insurance and convenience fee i should have got **** back but cleartrip has lied me that airlines has charged **** and gave back nothing.
Cleartrip doesn't have proper customer support to contact. I'm frustrated and need my money back
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
