icici Prudencial Life insurance company - Refund fraud for Life insurance Policy

I have opted an insurance Policy from ICICI prudential life insurance company and Paid ***** to the company and then on medical ground Company has rejected my policy and said that with in **days amount of the Policy will be refunded in the bank account. but even after * month amount has not been credited and after multiple follow ups also no one is responding neither over mails nor to phone calls. I have summited the bank statement to ICICI prudential multiple time to make them aware that amount has not credited to my account against their claim that amount has been been transferred on **/**/****. Even the bank of HDFC also confirmed about the non credit of amount. Now the situation is no one is responding neither over mail nor over social media and not on calls also. Last hope is Consumer court to get my money back.
