icici Prudencial Life insurance company - ICICI Prudential looted Rs.36577 for 170 Days Service

Along with a home loan I took home loan insurance from ICICI Prudential. Due to heavy misselling of savings account (ICICI bank opened unauthorized demat and a trading account) in just * months, I wanted to end all financial connections with ICICI. Parallel to loan transfer to SBI, I checked with prudential for the details of policy surrender and refund calculation on */**/**. I never received any refund calculation details instead the prudential executive forced me to policy surrender, On **-**-** I surrendered the policy along with all documents. I did many follow-ups for refund and refund calculation details for more than a month. They denied the information and after ** days they refunded Rs.*****.** to my account without any details. On **-**-** I received the calculation details with a wrong surrender date as **-**-**. They are making me pay for their delay

I am a severe health survivor, they looted me, kept me under mental stress and I ended up in hospital. This is a scam. Please help me.
