I have now no hopes left, except this Voxya. Its been more then *.*months but i havent recieved my **+*K=**K refund. I was playing in parimatch since *year but on ** spet **** i made deposit for **k which got deducted from my bank account but didnt go through parimatch. same happened on *oct **** for *k .
Since then i have been folllowing parimatch through mails and online chat but to only hear that we are working on it and cant provide you a date for refund. I have provided all proofs they asked for bank statement, screenshot retained chats and what not im loosing my patince on them. Kindly help me out in getting back my refund
