Travolook - Refund for ticket cancellation

During flight booking through travolook, I got a call stating unable to book flight due to hike in flight rates. So they initiated refund stating it will be refunded in **-** days. It’s been more than * months but still refund is pending. Whenever I call customer support he reply saying it will be credited within h *-* working days. Booking reference numbers REF********* and REF*********. My email arvindkhichar*@gmail.com.
