Air India Airlines - Refund for the cancellation ticket AirIndia Airlines

This is regarding Air India Airlines, How they are responding and making fool customers.

I had to cancel my trip since the flight is over booked (I dont know how it is overbooked, and not informed prior) as the Airline manager said in the Airport itself when I was asking for the boarding ticket.
They said that remarks has been written on the site for the full refund.

I have booked a ticket on **st January **** from Mumbai to Hyderabad thru Happyeasygo site.

I requested to Happyeasygo Customer care for the cancellation and refund. They said, they don't find the remarks over there we cannot initiate for the refund process.

Again I contacted the Air India customer care, they said to send a mail to 'ecommerce@airindia.in' for the process.

I sent couple of mails to them but still i did not receive any reply mail from them.
This is not at all acceptable. I have cancelled my trip, wasted so much of time, apart from flight charges I spent lot of money for the traveling to airport and return to my home.

Please help me.
