Fab Hotels - Refund for Room Cancellation

Hi,

I'm Shankar Raj. I've booked a room for Check-in on July **th & Check-out on July **th.

We went to room at *:** PM today for Check-in. Waited at reception till they cleaned the room. Got room at *:** PM and made our balance payment of Rs. *,***.

When I went to the room (No.***) the restroom was very bad. It had stains & foul smell. Immediately I called the reception to clean it up. I had to wait ** mins for the cleaner to come.

So the cleaner came & said it can't be removed. So I went to the reception & asked whether I could get swap another room. Again they said to wait. Already it was * PM.

I called for a cancel & called the Fab customer support which took me ** mins of conversations.

They asked me to send photos to this mail ID.

I've attached the restroom photos & the booking details for your reference.

I need my *** advance payment. Tried reaching the customer support several times & sent email with images as per stated.
